For those who have been killed or, since this is city records, who've been missing and proclaimed dead.
Name: Miserere Omen
Time of Death: 10:07P.M. March 1st, 2065
Cause of Death: Two stab wounds and a bullet to the left temple.
((PLEASE NOTE: in the rp, here files were erased to get the bounty off her head. Her name is now Miserere Katarn.))
Name: Christof Allistair Blaire
Time of Death: 12:32A.M. March 8st, 2065
Cause of Death:Found dead in the local sewers, his body was mangled and dragged through the streets presenting the face as unrecognizable, presumed to be Christof A. Blaire.
((PLEASE NOTE: In the RP the body belongs to a famed HellBringer that Christof killed, he is not dead, but rather in hiding.))
